Food



Custom Made
          It was so strange for me when some one gave me to try prosciutto with cantaloupe. I was a bit disgusted because Thai culture never eats raw food. It seem like prosciutto and cantaloupe was a bad match for me. I thought, raw meat and fresh fruit were a strange combination. However I ate them. I was so shocked because they were the best combination between salty and sweet. It hard to believed only two simple ingredients gave such a smooth feeling in my mouth. The cantaloupe smell made the meat smell less, but prosciutto gave the strong flavor to light the sweetness. This mix came out so perfect.
